What happens at the table

Scan

The guest scans the QR code on the table. The menu opens in the browser, with no app to install.

Ask

They browse the categories or ask the assistant for a recommendation, or a drink that goes with their dish.

Show the waiter

The assistant sums up the choice. The guest shows the screen and your waiter places the order.

Made for real restaurant service

The assistant is a waiter’s helper, not a replacement. It knows your menu, stays inside it and calls your team when it should.

Speaks the guest’s language

The menu and the assistant work in English, Georgian, Russian, Turkish and Arabic. The assistant answers in whatever language the guest types.

Reads your live menu

Dish names and prices come straight from your menu data. Change a price once and the assistant follows.

Stays inside your menu

It recommends only dishes you serve and never invents prices or ingredients.

Hands over to people

Allergies and special requests go to your waiter, not to a guess.

Shows what guests ask

Conversations are logged, so you see which dishes and questions come up again and again.

Pairs like a good waiter

When a guest picks a main dish, the assistant suggests a drink and a dessert, and the pairing rules follow your kitchen. Your rules decide what goes with what.

On a live deployment in a Tbilisi restaurant, the assistant has answered more than 4,000 guest messages since June 2026.

What we set up for you

  • Your menu data, categories, photos and prices, in the languages you need.
  • The assistant’s tone and rules: dietary information, pairing logic and what goes to staff.
  • Table QR codes that open the menu on any phone.
  • A testing period before guests see it.
  • Optional: a branded game and a Google review request inside the same menu.

Questions restaurants ask

Does the assistant take orders?

No. It helps guests choose and sums up their choice. The waiter places the order, so service stays in your hands.

Which languages are supported?

We have built menus in English, Georgian, Russian, Turkish and Arabic. The assistant replies in the language the guest writes in.

What about allergies and special requests?

The assistant has no allergen data and says so. It sends guests to the waiter for allergies, special requests and anything it is not sure about.

What happens when prices change?

The assistant reads the same menu data the guests see. Update the menu and it uses the new prices.
